These terms govern use of EduSphere. Organization-specific agreements and the site operator’s published commercial terms may add to or replace parts of these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, or misuse another person’s work or identity.
Courses, payments, and access
Course descriptions, pricing, access periods, cancellation rights, and refund rules shown at purchase or in an organization agreement apply to each enrolment. Manual payments remain pending until approved by an administrator.
Content and certificates
Course materials remain subject to their stated ownership and licensing terms. Certificates confirm the platform record at the time of issue and may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through misconduct.
Availability and changes
The operator may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Applicable consumer protections and signed organization agreements continue to apply.
